Deze infrarood botsings- en obstakelsdetectie sensormodule is ideaal voor gebruik met Arduino en andere microcontrollers. Elke module heeft een detectieafstand van 2-30 cm en een detectiehoek van 35°. De module werkt met een voeding van 3 tot 5 V DC en heeft een PCB-grootte van 3,2 cm x 1,4 cm. Bij inschakeling licht de rode bedrijfsindicator op. De uitgangspoort kan direct worden verbonden met de IO-poort van de microcontroller of een 5-V-relais aansturen. De module is voorzien van een potentiometer waarmee de drempelspanning kan worden ingesteld voor optimale prestaties. Het detectiebereik kan worden aangepast afhankelijk van het reflectievermogen en de vorm van het doelobject. Deze sensormodule is perfect voor robotica-projecten en andere toepassingen waar obstakeldetectie vereist is.
