Schleich Clydesdale foal animal toy figure for children, from 3 years

Growing up takes time for a Clydesdale horse, and this Clydesdale foal toy figure brings the young draft horse into children's play from the age of 3. It's a great addition to any stable or farm, and a great starting point for talking about how big and strong these horses become. Adds a young Clydesdale foal to the stable and farm play scenes. Teaches that Clydesdales are not fully grown until they are seven or eight years old. Shows children how much a large horse eats and drinks each day. Suitable for imaginative play for children aged 3 and up. Clydesdales grow more slowly than other horse breeds, reaching their full size at seven or eight years of age instead of four or five. At that time, they weigh over 1,000 kg, as much as a small car, and are strong enough to pull objects much heavier than themselves. This requires a lot of food: every day they need 20–25 kg of grain with minerals and vitamins and about 50–60 kg of hay. It goes without saying that this makes them very thirsty, and they drink over 100 liters of water per day. Let this little foal start growing up in your child's stable.
