Serve as plate raiser just as well for other steaming recipes. Recommend to use with our plate gripper for easier retrieval of your plates. You will receive a package of 2 egg rack in one order. The upper rack is 5.9" wide, 2.55" tall. Lower rack is 6.88" wide, 2.75" tall. Each rack can be use separately, or stack in the same pot for higher efficiency.
