Acidophilus by Longlife is a supplement of FOS, L. acidophilus and B. lactis with 2.5 billion CFU, for the balance of the intestinal flora, chewable. Acidophilus is a supplement based on Lactobacilli L. acidophilus and bifidobacteria B. lactis, with FOS (oligosaccharide fruit). These friendly bacteria, which colonize the gastrointestinal tract, aided by the action of FOS, promote the balance of intestinal flora. We recommend taking 1-2 chewable tablets a day to be taken in the morning just before breakfast.
