Insert the enameled wire to be stripped into the center of the tool holder. Press the power switch (for handheld) or foot speed controller (for fixed type) to start the motor. 2. Move the enameled wire in the opposite direction of the axial axis until the coating is removed. 3. Release the power button (handheld) or release the governor (fixed type) to stop. 4. Replace the workpiece and repeat the steps. Wire diameter adjustment: 1. For different wire diameters, adjust the variable speed potentiometer (handheld) or speed governor (fixed type). Use slower speeds for thinner wires and increase speed for thicker wires. If the coating is not fully removed, gradually increase rotation speed until effective. If the wire is being cut, reduce the speed until optimal performance is achieved. Set the most suitable speed for each wire diameter as the standard working speed. 2. When removing paint from enameled wire, do not immediately disengage the three blades. Wait for the tool to come to a complete stop before disengaging to prevent sudden wire breakage and potential damage. 3.
