LaxaFibra Balance is a synbiotic that contains 4 probiotic strains and soluble fibers (fructooligosaccharides and white dextrin). Fiber consumption improves intestinal transit. Soluble fiber dissolves and hydrates, acquiring a gel-like texture. When hydrated it takes up more volume, putting pressure on the intestinal walls. This stimulates peristaltic movements of the intestine causing an increase in the frequency of bowel movements and the volume of stool. It contains fructooligosaccharides and white dextrin, which have been shown to have a prebiotic effect, promoting the increase of beneficial bacteria in the intestine. 1 stick a day. Excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal discomfort. Avoid consuming fructooligosaccharides together with medications and other fiber-based food supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
