Precision 2-Inch SCT Compression Ring

Crafted from thickened aluminum magnesium alloy, this compression ring adapter balances strength and low mass — ideal for portable and permanent observatory setups alike. Its surface undergoes advanced hard plating followed by full-surface sandblasting, resulting in a matte black finish that suppresses stray light and resists abrasion. Manufactured via CNC precision integration, the adapter maintains exact 2-inch internal bore geometry throughout — ensuring full illumination across the field of view with zero vignetting. Designed specifically for Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes, it uses the industry-standard SCT threaded interface compatible with Celestron C8, C9.25, C11, C14 and all HD-series models. Both ends accept standard 2-inch accessories: eyepieces, diagonals, coma correctors and more. At just ~126g, it adds negligible load to your optical train while preserving mechanical stability and alignment fidelity.
