Description

1. Bread: Our proofing basket made of natural rattan ensures a slightly damp microclimate between the dough and the banned clay during proofing and creates an excellent skin for the bread.^ 2. Healthy material: made of natural rattan and complies with EU food standards, light, extremely durable and easy to store.^ 3.Easy to clean: hand wash with warm water within 2 minutes and keep dry after cleaning; or leave somewhere warm and dry. Brush with a special bristle brush.^ 4. APPLICATION Prepare bread dough, pay attention to the size and shape of the fermentation basket. Spread enough flour in the fermentation basket and place the dough inside. Cover the dough with a cloth and then let it "walk". For easy removal, the fermentation mold can be easily plunged. Tap off excess flour and remove dough residue with lukewarm water. (Do not use as a bread mold in the oven)
