Popis

It releases carbon dioxide and is used in the fermentation of honey, white wine, and dairy-based alcoholic beverages while helping to prevent oxidation. The operation is simple: pour water into the exhaust valve, insert it into the lid of the brewing barrel or the rubber stopper on top of the fermentation container, and close the lid securely. Effectively prevents insects from entering the wine or beer with a sealed lid. All fermentation processes are automatic, require no manual intervention, and the components can be reused for an extended period. Suitable for pure juice fermentation, including white grape, mead, and secondary fermentation of red wine.
