When light irradiates the shield and creates a shadow, a difference in photosensitivity between the two sides is detected, which controls the motor to find the balance point, i.e., the center of the light source. Power supply requires a regulated 5-5.5V DC source with sufficient current up to 1.5A. The motor is a geared type; slower speed is better. Compatible with JGY370 6V motor. At 5V power supply, the motor operates steadily under no load. If the motor speed is too high, it may cause slight oscillation when aligning to the center, but will not jitter. This circuit includes a short delay for anti-shake functionality. When connecting the motor to the board, polarity is not critical. If the motor rotates in the wrong direction during testing, simply reverse the motor wire connections. The power supply must be a regulated 5-5.5V DC source and must not be directly connected to a solar panel.
