Organic dark chocolate tablet 82% cocoa (Congo), collected in the Mountains of the Moon, in the tropical basin of the Congo. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa with noble ingredients. It stands out for its fine texture and aromatic notes. It is a fruity dark chocolate where notes of red fruits and citrus nuances stand out that combine perfectly with touches of coffee, wood and nuts. Made with fine cocoa of the Forastero variety. Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of the cocoa in small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar. Tasting note: Strong personality. Notes of wild and citrus fruits that stand out harmoniously and combine with a spicy touch of soft coffee, wood and hints of walnut.
