Heavy Duty Bowstring Serving Thread 120m Roll, 34lb Break Strength, String Protector Cord

Bowstring Serving Thread in Practical 120m Roll This heavy duty bowstring serving thread comes as a generous 120 metre roll, giving you plenty of material for multiple serving jobs or re-serving projects. Supplied in a handy spool format, the cord is easy to unwind and work with, whether you are carrying out a quick repair or setting up a fresh bowstring. The blue finish makes it simple to spot against darker string materials, which is a small but useful touch when working on fine details. Strong and Reliable Serving Cord With a break strength of 34 pounds and a 400D/3/020 construction, this serving thread is built to hold firm where it matters most. It is well suited for tying off peep sights and nocks securely, giving you confidence that these critical contact points stay in place during use. The material is designed to cope with regular tension and repeated handling, so it remains dependable over time rather than fraying or loosening prematurely. Built to Last Through Heavy Use Compared with lighter serving threads, this cord offers noticeably better durability. It is made to withstand the demands of frequent shooting sessions and repeated string contact, making it a sensible choice for archers who prefer to maintain their own equipment. The serving thread resists moisture well, helping to protect your bowstring and arrow strings from the effects of damp conditions and extending their working life. Versatile for More Than Archery While its primary role is as a bowstring serving thread, this cord also lends itself to other practical tasks around the home or workshop. It works well as a kite string or for general DIY projects where a strong, water resistant cord is useful. That versatility means a single roll can serve several purposes, making it a handy addition to any toolkit.
